Our products

Industrias Relente focuses its manufacturing on three clear families: jacking pipe moulds, precast frame and pipe moulds, and deep drilling tools. Each line is approached from real dimensions, intended use, demoulding, handling and working conditions.

Main product lines

Three product families. One manufacturing logic.

After the first visual overview, the important thing is to understand how the offer is organised. At Relente, each line responds to a specific industrial need, but all share the same base: technical reading, custom manufacturing and workshop judgement.

01 Jacking pipes

Jacking pipe moulds

Metal moulds designed to produce jacking pipes with stable geometry, dimensional accuracy, secure closing and cleaner, more repeatable demoulding cycles.

02 Frames and pipes

Concrete frame and pipe moulds

Custom configurations for precast frames and pipes, with cores, jackets, supports and opening systems resolved to work with stability, handling and controlled demoulding.

03 Deep drilling

Deep drilling tools

Augers, buckets, drilling tools, core barrels and implements adapted to ground, machinery and operating requirements, with a product logic designed for real jobsites and continuity of use.

Custom manufacturing

Every project starts from a real dimension, a planned handling operation and a specific working condition.

Relente does not work from a closed catalogue logic. The starting point is the part, its use and how it will really behave when it has to be manufactured, moved, opened, closed or demoulded.

Workshop judgement

Manufactured to work for real.

The part has to come out correctly, but it also has to move, open, close and withstand pace without depending on an improvised solution.

Demoulding Handling Repetition
Before manufacturing

What is defined first.

Four points that completely change how the assembly works afterwards.

01 Geometry and supports

Cores, thicknesses, housings and critical areas are adjusted to the part and to the real way it will be produced.

The closing, opening and release system is not left until the end: it is defined to work with continuity and control.

Weight, stability, lifting points and access are resolved with workshop, loading, jobsite and maintenance in mind.

Manufacturing is oriented towards robustness, repeatability and reasonable maintenance for a serious pace of use.

Industrial process

From technical requirement to useful manufacturing.

The starting point is the part and its real use.

A jacking pipe mould is not approached in the same way as a deep drilling tool. Geometry, handling, wear and working requirements all change.

What is clarified here

Critical dimensions, project restrictions, use environment and any condition that may affect later mechanical behaviour.

How to start a project

To study a part properly, a polished briefing is not needed. Useful information is needed.

With a few clear references, a serious technical conversation can already begin and it is easy to detect quickly whether something important is missing.

Technical enquiry

With a real basis, the project moves much faster.

A drawing, some photos, main dimensions or a use reference are already enough to start a useful conversation.

It does not have to be fully defined.

If the project is still early, that also works. The important thing is to start from something real and useful.

Useful information

Four references that already help a lot.

If you only have one or two, that also works. The important thing is to start from something real.

Main dimensions, thicknesses, sections, supports or any dimensional reference that conditions manufacturing.

What part is to be produced, how often and with what requirement for repetition, wear or continuity.

How the assembly opens, moves, rests or is transported, and what access, machinery or constraints are involved.

Any real support speeds up the technical reading: sketches, drawings, previous parts, workshop images or jobsite references.
